to Leaver, created by those who have had their hearts and minds changed
by the works of Daniel Quinn. This periodical will serve as a
conduit
for ideas on how we can stop living as Takers and move on to something
much more beautiful and meaningful. We are given a great
opportunity
at this point in history as knowledge is accessible as it has ever been
for ordinary people. By looking at the multitude of cultures
in our
past and present, we can study and implement the ideas and technologies
that suit our new Leaver lifestyle. In seeing the vast
differences in
cultures throughout the world and time, it is important to note that
there is no one way for people to live as Leavers. In fact,
due to
differences in biota from region to region, it is absolutely necessary
to be diverse. It is essential that we live with what is
local to us.
Having food or wood for housing come from the other side of the
continent is backward and unsustainable.
Readers are invited
to submit articles for publication. Topics can range from
practical
knowledge to personal accounts to artwork to everything in
between. As
this magazine has no budget, there will be no payment for printed
